In this playlist, I have compiled a few great readings related to collaboration and productivity under the new scenario of remote working, and how to drive your strategy to success by anticipating technological changes. For courses we will refresh some typical manager activities from onboarding to mentoring, to revisit topics we usually do in the office, but with a virtual/remote approach to adapt to the current situation. Finally, a webinar you should attend with the topic of Augmented Introspection, around real cases of companies that have adopted remote working. Keep learning, stay safe and be positive "Self 2.0".

This playlist is stunning, it covers all you need to know and a recipe on how to re-start your company after the pandemic. It includes reports from McKinsey, Gartner, BCG, Sibylline and WorldAware, on how to recover from the crisis, and how to validate your plans, also where you should be focusing your efforts. The report from McKinsey is highly recommended, it shows how to structure your plan to ramp up your business, check out the section Planning and managing COVID-19 responses is a beautifully crafted "how-to", very easy to follow. If you need more insights, data and an independent view, check out the BONUS material, the guys from Sibylline have made available their weekly risk assessment report, and from WorldAware you can receive alerts with the situation around the world. The Courses section include topics like Advice for Leaders During a Crisis, Critical Thinking and Collaboration, useful skills to be better prepared for what is coming. Keep learning, stay safe and be positive, this crisis also will end "Self 2.0".

This playlist has very interesting content. We will start the readings with a paper to explore Organizational Culture and how by addressing its gaps organisations can increase its profit; following a reading from MIT about the AI and the Competitive Dynamics of Disruption and the last paper talks about Remote Work and how the global pandemic is changing the way organisations approach to it. We also have courses in Innovation and Resilience, two topics to prepare yourself for when the pandemic ends. Finally, a selection to learn from experts about working remotely, those people have been always working remotely and now we can learn from their experiences. Now that majority of us stay at home we can spend time in our development. "Self 2.0".

A couple of weeks without a playlist but with other resources to keep learning, but playlists are back, in today's playlist I am sharing some reading about how to communicate complex ideas, the role of the AI in the management layer in terms of Risk and Ethics and an article to reflect about the way companies are hiring IT Professionals. For the courses section, we will be learning about Project management and how to balance between Agile and Waterfall, Customer Service and Conflict resolution to review element on how we can align in the same direction both parties. In this "home isolation" period keep busy, keep learning. "Self 2.0".

Continuing with the series of post dedicated to coronavirus (COVID-19) here is the second of them, with more information and fact about this outbreak. The first link is a video that talks about how to understand properly the numbers about COVID-19, the second is a paper to understand where this COVID-19 comes from, the third is another live map, in case you found issues accessing the one form arcgis.com, and the last article is an article from HBR to reflect about companies strategies to protect customers and employees during epidemics. There is also a section with courses related to coronavirus, the one from MedCram is highly recommended.
